One Bethany West

One Bethany West is the third building located within the One Bethany at Watters Creek office development in Allen, Texas.  One Bethany West is an 8-story, 200,000 square foot Class A multi-tenant office building served by rich tenant amenities and up to 5 per 1,000 parking.   Amenities in the building include a flexible conferencing center, tenant lounge, outdoor amenity space, golf simulator, and fitness center with locker rooms and showers.  The building is one of the only five buildings in North Texas to receive a Platinum Wired Certification. 

One Bethany at Watters Creek is a 1,000,000 square foot, multi-building, Class A office development in Allen, Texas.  Located within walking distance of a diverse mix of shops, restaurants and high-quality apartments in the Watters Creek mixed-use development, as well as the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel and Convention Center.
